Miaow on the meadow

Another hot weekend behind us. On a day like today we like to go back to our favourite green places like the meadow.
There was plenty of miaowing ...
chilling
getting closer to nature
happy playing
dancing
and taking all sorts of things in.

Very hot weekend

Yes, it was a very hot weekend. No wonder we spent it all visiting parks by bike. On Saturday we cycled all the way to Crystal Palace, which was a bit of a challenge. There are no pictures from that day though as the moment we got there, it started to pour down with rain and we only managed to see the famous dinosaurs auntie Liz was telling us about very briefly.
The next day we visited one of our favourite parks in Eltham. My parents like it a lot as it is very spacious and you can cycle there.
What's more, in the middle of the park there's a little cafe serving delicious jacket potatoes, which we always have.
This time we showed the park to my parents' friend who is staying with us this month.
Daniel can make music with bottles and glasses and is very funny. I hope to spend some time with his three children when they have moved over to London after the summer.
While mum and dad are playing table tennis or badmington, I try to be helpful and catch the shuttlecocks or balls and sometimes give them back.
Hope you've been drinking plenty of water and eating juicy fruit these days.

TdF

Tour de France was in London two weeks ago and so were we!
Waiting for the bikes in Stratford. They were so fast we didn't see much!
Instead, we had a picnic...
... and great company, of course.
I really like these two!
But sometimes I just play on my own.
We all ended the day going on a ride in a shopping centre. They had no bikes there but the car was just as good. See you on the road, dear friends!

Pox and mini muffins

The last two weeks haven't been too good.
Firstly, I had to go to hospital out of the blue.
Secondly, I got bitten by a 13-month-old girl at a playgroup.
Moreover, the doctor said I had chickenpox.
As a result, we didn't go camping with our friends this weekend.
Fortunately, I haven't got any new spots apart from the first few I got and I've been feeling absolutely fine! Everybody is wondering if what I've got is really pox or not. It doesn't look like it!
Moreover, the bite marks are healing ok and I must say I've just had a wonderful weekend mostly staying indoors with mum and dad. Mummy made a super cool playhouse out of a cardboard box for me and my doll. Ok, I may have insisted on inviting her over a couple of times. :-) My latest cooking skills include breaking eggs and slicing mushrooms. The pictures above show me devouring spinach and Brie mini muffins. There are none left if you want to know.

Rock-paper-scissors

We spend a great deal of time on the balcony these days.
I like to ride my bike, take baths and play games there.
Recently my parents have been playing rock-paper-scissors.
It looks like a lot of fun to me although I'm not sure if I get the idea of the game at this point.
Never mind!
We all have fun anyway!
